Arianna Huffington

Arianna Stassinopoulos Huffington resides in the United States and is a Greek-American author, syndicated columnist and businesswoman. She is the author of fifteen books and is the cofounder the magazine The Huffington Post. Arianna Huffington is a journalist, TV personality writer, philanthropist, and philanthropist for more than 10 years. She is also the proprietor of The Huffington Post, an independent, liberal online newsmagazine. Her move out of Greece to England at the age of 16 and received an MA from Cambridge University in Economics. The well-known debating club The Cambridge Union was her first time as president, and she held it at the age of 21. Her popularity as a conservative journalist was further consolidated when she graduated. With the introduction of The Huffington Post a few months later, she launched an online platform for voice that gave critical opinions on the political situation. It was her celebrity that has led to the attraction of many well-known contributors for posting their views on current events as well as politics and culture. Arianna was famous when she made the decision in 2003 to become an Independent Candidate in the California Recall Election to replace the Governor Davis. Additionally, she was involved in a Detroit-based project that promoted fuel-efficient automobiles. Forbes listed her the most powerful woman in media in 2009. The newspaper was ranked as in the 12th spot on Forbes' ranking. The Guardian also included her on the top 100 list of media for 2009. AOL Inc. purchased The Huffington Post, and she became president of the media company. The acquisition included a number of AOL properties of the time like Engadget AOL style list and Patch Media. Elli has two siblings, Konstantinos Stasinopoulos as well as Elli, who are both journalists and consultants in management.
